GRAVITY
another day
another iron clad
bone
sinking
in stagnant waters
mushrooming
binding lethargy
today the hope of
blooming
a spark of gratitude
dwindles beneath
blankets
of burden laced
gravity
surrendering to the
slope
of a shallow
breath
the only thing to do today
is wait for
tomorrow
one more day to
release the reigns of
urgency and
just
ride
it
out
.

Beautifully written!!! I think a wide range of people would be moved by this in the ever changing waves of life.✨💓
Thank you so much Amy!
I’ve said it so many times: thank goodness for tomorrow.
Thanks VJ! I’ve been clinging to lots of tomorrows lately with covid! It’s been an incredibly slow recovery!
I’m sure it is. Take care and be patient with yourself.
